Custom vintage trailer conversion.  All accessories included.  Floor and doors are cedar wood. Perfect for events, or as an accessory to a cabin or summer rental or guest space.  The only requirement is pressurized water.  Has propane on-demand heater for the shower.  Shower space has double shower head with sitting stool and shaving mirror.  The toilet is RV style with water rinse and flush capability.  It sits on an 8 Gallon holding tank, with a valve underneath the exterior.  It could easily be hosed directly to a sewer line.

The shower drain is plumbed to the toilet drain, but could be easily modified to fit a variety of  set-ups.  Interior battery powered LED lights. There is an outside faucet that runs hot water for a hand washing station. Solid trailer, bearings greased, spare tire and new exterior running lights.
