About the Food:
The 440 ranch is all about the food…We strive to grow as much of our own clean nutrient dense food as possible. We offer fresh organically raised dairy, beef, chicken, eggs, and produce. We will source as much food for this event from the ranch, or other local farmers, as we possibly can. We have already planted seeds in hopes that these vegetables will be ready by the end of June! Vegetarian and gluten free dishes will be available, with ingredients displayed. Meals will be buffet style, so guests may pick and choose food options.

Alcohol:
Although this is a wellness retreat, part of being well is having fun. If you would like to indulge in alcohol, please bring your own and drink responsibly.

Children:
Although this event is oriented towards adults, we don't want anyone's attendance limited by having to have childcare over the weekend. If you think this setting is one that your children will enjoy and be well-behaved in, please talk with Jen about bringing your children along.

Activities:
Attendance of all activities is optional, we want you to have a fun and healing time, free to choose what appeals to you.

Camping Details:
Car, tent, teepee, camper, bedroll….come one come all. However you want to outfit yourself is fine by us. We have lots of space for a variety of camping. This is a working ranch, however, and we ask that campers remain in designated areas. During the farm tour, we will show folks where they are free to roam about. The ranch is home to a sizeable creek flowing through the property and often has waterfowl and other wildlife to observe. We have a long winding driveway that ends on a dirt county road that lends itself well to walks, runs, or a bike ride if you need to get some exercise.
We will not have power or water hook-ups for individual campers and bathroom facilities will be outhouses. Outdoor spigots are available for use, but please plan to bring your own drinking water. There are showers available at the Hot Springs scheduled for the end of the day Saturday, and we may have an outdoor shower available. No pets please.
If you would like to camp on Sunday evening, you are more than welcome to stay an extra night.

Music
We may add a music event for the Friday evening BBQ and this will be included in purchased tickets. Please feel free to bring instruments if you play, as there will be an opportunity to play around the fire.

Liability:
All Participants will be required to sign a release of liability upon arrival.
